 Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we want to know.  Contact us within 30 days for return instructions:  returns@leatherleashstore.com
25% restocking may be applied on leather orders over $200.
 
If one of our products breaks due to flaw in leather or workmanship within the first year, contact us to return and we will repair or replace it.  All of our leashes are made for strength for their size.  However, size and strength of the individual dog should always be taken into consideration when purchasing the appropriate leash and collar.  Buyer assumes all risk for use.  At no time will Alpha 1 be liable for more than the replacement of product purchased.  Return postage is collect on customer convenience returns.
 
Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates are autimatically estimated for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
 
Most leather items are made to order and ship within 1 week.  For expedited orders, please contact us.
  
Privacy
We respect your privacy.  Information provided will only be used to complete your order.  Your payment information is handled direct thru the payment gateway and is not stored by us.  We do not sell any addresses.  If you signed up for our newsletter, we may contact you with news and special offers.
