Include your order number and contact information along with reason for return and if you would like credit or replacement. If replacement is not available, refund will be issued via original payment method.
Leather orders are customized if not defective may be subject up to 25% restocking fee.
Return postage is collect on customer convenience returns.
Leather is a natural material and measurements may vary within +/-10%. If one of our products breaks due to flaw in leather or workmanship within the first year, contact us to return and we will repair or replace it. All of our leashes are made for strength for their size. However, size and strength of the individual animal should always be taken into consideration when purchasing the appropriate product. Buyer assumes all risk for use. At no time will Alpha 1 be liable for more than the replacement of product purchased.
Shipping
Shipping is via United States Postal Service options provided at checkout. Expedited options are available for additional charge by contacting: sales@leatherleashstore.com New customers can get free shipping on their first order over $10 with Promo Code "NEW CUSTOMER".
We can ship to virtually any address in the North America. Note that there are restrictions on some international destinations.
When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates are automatically estimated for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Most leather items are made to order and ship within 1-2 weeks however some made to order items may take 2-4 weeks to ship. For expedited orders, please contact us.

We respect your privacy. Information provided will only be used to complete your order and communicate to you regarding your order. Your payment information is handled direct thru the Amazon Pay or PayPal and is not stored by us. By using these payment portals you agree to their terms and conditions. We do not sell any addresses.
