This is my 2nd leash that I purchased. Beautifully made and they last forever. I use them as show leashes. Be aware though that delivery is very, very slow.

Have bought several of these leashes over the years. Love the soft feel of the bull hide and they hold up beautifully thru all kinds of weather conditions. So nice to be able to customize length, color, width n hardware. Very well made and not a long waiting time to receive.

I needed a show lead to blend with my yellow lab's coloring. I asked for a custom color, then provided info on the length and width of the lead. The resulting leads are soft and buttery, and they fit perfectly in my hand. Thanks for these beautiful leads. You can't go wrong if you order a leash from Alpha 1!

Was not aware that lead was rough on one side and finished on the other side. I would suggest that the descriptions be more detailed. Also it is on the thin side which concerned me walking a Great Pyrenees. Going to try bridle leather version. If you’re looking for a longer lead for a puppy perhaps, this would then be ideal.
